  • $1,200 or more from bingo or slot machine winnings

  • $1,500 or more from keno winnings

  • More than $5,000 in winnings from a poker tournament

  • $600 or more in winnings (excluding bingo, slots, keno, and poker tournaments) and the winnings are at least 300 times the amount wagered

    • In these cases, the reported winnings may be reduced by the amount of the wager

  • Any winnings subject to federal income tax withholding, regardless of the amount
